3rd week,

we went to duxton again to survey the current location of the tree but this time we got to go in the construction area where we are to wear to hard hat (which was quite comfortable, to my surprise)... here are some photos of michele modeling with her very own hard hat...

Its a very busy morning,
all the insects
and snails
are all rushing
back to to find a moist and
dark spot to hide
until its dark again.
While most people
have to avoid
heading into another
person amongst the
overly congested
human traffic in the
Mass Rapid Transit(MRT),
I get to avoid some
interesting 'traffic' which
was left behind by
mother nature
to entertain me.:)
Can't help myself from
sharing this beautiful
flowering plant
with whoever reads this,
its a shrub called
Hibiscus mutabilis.
Its like a nature's clock.
When the sun rises
in the morning its
white then it slowly
turns into pink as
the sun sets.
Cool isn't it!!
My attachment office is a
Landscape architure
consultancy firm.
This is the
office landscape
right before
I enter into the
real office world
(which gabriel had
posted previously).
Lush tropical and really makes me
feel like I work in a woodlands.

It has this wonderfully mysterious feeling
which I enjoy walking through every morning.:)

2nd week,


here our moment of the photoshop craze, amending images for 4days of the week...

on my way to work on wednesday i found an interesting worm, just like to share with everyone... if you know the species of the worm, feel free to let me know...

2nd week

we went for a site visit to Pinnacle @ Duxton where we identify existing trees that is needed to retain...

we encounter something weird when we look at the existing palms growing at the site. we found ficus growing out from the crack of the trunk of the palm.

2nd week

we went to botanic garden to attend a talk regarding water efficiency of tropical tree in urban landscape...
